THYROMELT is especially developed for Indian Precious metals sector looking towards the SILVER melting and casting industries. This optimal induction system for optimal performance of high capacity melting is widely used for the refiners; bulk Jewellery manufactures, silver bars making; to facilitate the production of specific molds and GOLD bars in banks and mints. As the system runs on Medium Frequency Induction Technology, Absolute homogeneous alloying with reduction in burning losses is achieved due to uniform temperature controlling which avoids the skin effect in METRO Induction Systems; with optional immersion thermocouple or optical pyrometer.
